• We use reasonable measures to protect your data
• Your manuscript files are temporarily stored on secure servers provided by Backblaze, a third-party cloud storage provider, to facilitate processing.
• Manuscripts are processed automatically using large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI APIs, to generate feedback.
• Your manuscript data may be transferred to and processed by OpenAI's systems, which may be located outside of Switzerland.
• We do not store manuscript files longer than necessary to complete the processing and provide feedback.

4. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell your data.
• We use third-party services to provide our functionality, specifically:
  • Backblaze for temporary file hosting of your uploaded manuscripts.
  • OpenAI APIs for processing your manuscript content via automated language models.
• By submitting your manuscript, you consent to its storage on Backblaze and its processing by OpenAI APIs.
